All treatments paid in full compliance with the Spa are non-refundable. Treatments paid full upfront can only be exchanged for other treatments of the same or less amount without refund of difference of any kind, no exceptions.

Time for you will do their best to accommodate our clients if they arrive less than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. Your appointment will need to be rescheduled if your arrival time exceeds 15 minutes.

As a courtesy to our technicians, we request a 24-hour cancellation notification. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be assessed if you do not text, call or email Time For You.
